Hey everybody , the big game apps. have to be in by MARCH 15 .

Yea that jumped up on us quick. I cant wait for spring turkey and bear. I am just gonna put in for antelope and a few tough to get elk permits

We will get all our special tag apps . In this week. Just elk and deer for now. Then moose / goat  and sheep after that.
we are trying the party draw for the wife my son and myself .   Good luck !!!

Guees i forgot about spring turkey . My wife just loves to bear hunt . She wouldnt give up any bear hunting time for a turkey..LOL
We spotted a very large blone one last year and didnt get permission to hunt the spot for 3   l o n g days my wife is still talkin about that bear... with some luck we can spot him this year.

I didn't detect any rudeness lol. Anyways thanks for the greetings. I started out with Ice Shanty and am happy I discovered this site as well. I am also in western Montana, Missoula to be specific. I pretty much live for hunting and fishing so I am excited to find such great forums with such great people.

That's awesome, congrats for your son I bet your both very excited for this season. I actually just got my girlfriend to take hunters safety and bow safety as well. Anyways a bit about myself. I grew up in Great Falls, MT. I am currently a Forestry student here in Missoula. Like I said before I am a huge outdoorsman and love all the natural wonders this awesome state can provide for us.

Well just got back from the fish & game office...
My wife my son and my self picked up are tags ....elk,deer, bear, spring turkey, upland game, fishing . We are in for the draw tags also.
Just hope for the luck of the draw!!!!   Good luck all !!!

I'm looking into applying for an elk tag next year. Got any advice or sites to look at for some info on how to apply and how much its going to be?
