Never tried it myself tundra, but I had a deal with a guy I trapped for any beavers I got from his property I had to bring the carcass back because he loved it. Said its the best meat he's had. |

I would highly recommend you guys try it. He has sausage made with it as well as the back straps. All I can compare it to is the texture of a very young deer. Its very tender and just plain old good.. |
