2 MORE DAYS!!!

Just two more days until iowa duck opener!!! I've been itching to get out and shoot some waterfowl all year! Early duck is sat and ends next friday, then goose opens next sat for two weeks. then they both are closed for 3 weeks and both open again on the same day.

Went out and bought a doz Greenhead Gear woodies and a doz Greenhead Gear greenwing decoys. Put these with the doz teal I already have and a half doz mallards and a Mojo Duck and it should look pretty nice!

We've got two private potholes along a river to hunt with 4 guys and a dog.

good luck. mojo works for the first few weeks of the season. then they get wise after flying into 80 sets with a fake flying duck and getting shot at and will flare 70 yards out.

Hunted until 9. Saw 2 woodies and never fired a shot. Worst opening day ever recorded for the area marsh.

Man that sucks....i gotta wait til the 10th to get out  , good thing you had this on here it reminds me i gotta go get the permit to hunt the local waterfowl preserve.
