CVA in business?

Does anybody know if CVA is in business. I emailed them with a question back in mid Oct. and reemailed them again last week. Their site says they willl respond in 72 hours. I think the 72 hours are well past. Perhaps they don't care about future customers.

Some big companies only have an email address for show. They don't have one person who is in charge of responding to requests. Try sending to them through a outlet store of some sort, Cabelas or The like. They may respond to that quicker.

Calling or e mail some other place should work better.
