Youngest Daughter breaks the ice - Antelope 2009
« on: Oct 12, 2009, 12:41:55 PM »

Youngest daughter gets in the game.

She was very excited and made a great shot in terrible conditions.   Blowing snow and cold as h-e-double hockey sticks.

Oldest daughter too sick to go, darn it!

.280 Remington.

Shot was about 85 yards, broadside and standing still.   Perfect for a young hunter.  She certainly did her part after the buck did his.

Outstanding shot young lady!!! That is an awesome kill, I'll bet it got the blood pumpin' and you warmed right up when you dropped that buck.  I've never gone after Antelope as we don't have any in eastern Nebraska, but I would love to try it out west sometime. Congats on a great hunt!!!
