 There  is nothing wrong  with hunting with a rifle. In my opinion there has been less accidents with the rifles than the shot guns. You do hear alot less 5 shot rallies. But there are the people that think since they have a rifle in my hands I can shoot as far as I can see. Truthfully how many people since rifles can into the picture shoot any farther than when they were usung slugs?

persoanlly, where i hunt, 100 yards is a long shot, not much need for a rifle, i do use mine from time to time, but the 12 guage is my best companion. although when i take the rifle its usually when im hunting where they just logged and it gets pretty open.
