spooked buck

I was in my bock blind that i built and sure enough an 8 pointer came into the foodplot at 5;15 p.m. opening day.Great huh?yeah not so much.he busted me trying to open the window.thought  a neighbor shot him but i just got a picture of him coming in at 5 a.m.(still dark)out at 5;20.is there a way i can get him back to daylight hours?

Just my .02 but once a buck goes nocturnal the only things that is going to bring him out in the daylight is a doe. Not much other than put your time in and don't over hunt the spot.( Correct me if I'm wrong fella's)

A good cold front that comes in May get him on his feet before dark.

If it was only the one encounter he may just be back but you now have to be on top of way you hunt him. Good luck....h2l

I know this you may think it will destroy your season but make some type of funnel or something to throw off his NORMAL routines not to big of a change just enough to throw him off a little.

When the full rut hits, use a doe decoy & a Buck Bomb! & maybe a Bleat-in-Heat can call.

Well the other thing that may help is he is used to being kicked around alittle.had to cut my wood this year right there .so he is used to my scent and saws and tractors.not like a mountain buck who has never seen a human.All great advice.thanks for the help and if i get him will find a way to get pixs posted.
