sounds like fun to me  ;D fished a few last year on a private secret pond it was a blast, nothing that massive though. Man do they smash a spoon under the ice, I couldn't believe it!

Nope lucky to see ice hard enough to walk on down here. That is a nice fish congrats. Fat Boy tells me he will take me but it has to get cold enough down here.

I just drooled all over my computer. thats a beauty, lost a big male like that once during the spawn in a stream, I just about cried, after swearing of course

that fish was full of pin smelts

i fish for browns 99%of the time rather then brookies but the pond i put my shack on has both 8) 8)

unfortunatley my best brown all last winter, 4.3lbs

That is the beauty of early ice Brookies, walking distance from the truck is only 15 ft. 8)
Even i can make it 15 feet  :)
