Nice Frank! Good shootin'! I'm headed up to the AWW in the NMW after work today to do exactly the same thing! I'll post some pics next week when I return.

Thanks guys! It was a good size bunny Abe. The Beaglewear is amazing stuff worth every penny. I shot many Pbr's Pat 8). Hope you get into the birds Joel, I am going to try and get back up a couple more times before Maine rifle opens, to many sidejobs next week though. Nice to see you on the site Jibbs! You done fishing for the year? Where are you originally from up there?

for years i stopped fishing october 1st and hunted patridge the rest of the year...however, the patridge down south are no existent and to ride all the way north is just too expensive...plus i love the idea of catching that giant bass in the late fall months...i am orginally from milan nh...went to school there during my elementary years and then was shipped to berlin...tons of logging roads and old railroad beds to walk...i miss it...you could easily shoot 15 to 20 patridge a season....good talking to you and keep up the good hunting...jibbsy

Does that mean it smells the way it did before the paper companies closed?

No, now it is more like a stew made of watermelon, fried chicken, and mayonaise sandwiches, with a 40 oz. mixed with kool-aid fruit punch for broth. If you catch my drift the paper mills were not so bad looking back :o
