This is my first ever bow killed turkey. Admittedly, not a big one but thrilling to succeed with a bow at 65.

I have ALWAYS said that it  is not the animal you kiill, nor the shot you make. It is the people you share it with and/or the memory you made.  I am always remorseful when I kill something. I was thrilled when I dressed the bird to find the backbone completely severed. The kill was instant and the meal of pheasant and wild turkey will be fantastic. I have been hunting as long as I can remember and will continue to hunt as long as I am able. Thanks again to everyone!!!
