Checked the Vermont fish & wildlife site and yup got one & wife got one as well D-1 any one get lucky as well  ;) :) :)

I have a question for you vermonters.Is the muzzle permit a lottery? Here in Maine if you dont tag out in rifle season which ends on 11/30 we can extend our hunting by buying a muzzle loader license.It gets us 2 more weeks.We have a any deer lottery drawing in september,which I got but we can still only shoot one deer.Hope I tag out this friday or I will black powder myself.

Yes Vermont is a lottery only; They need to be sent in by Aug. 15 th. pick your zone you get picked or you don't ; I got one & Wife got one to :) :)
