Gangbanger Season ?

Just got done reading the paper about another child being shot by some big bad gang banger,how bout a open season on them.No size limits,or bag limits just to keep sharp while deer season is closed.Will even pay for a licence.

That is terrible where did this happen? Not sure why they cant just shoot themselves instead of innocent people. >:(
