You guessed it. I love taking my wife there. She has the times of her life on the island,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and so do I. I have been a Savage collector now since the mid 80's. I take out 2 different ones each year and kill a deer with them. My goal is to have killed at least 1 deer with each of my Savage rifles. I am ALMOST down to doing it with a 25-20 but haven't convinced myself of that yet.

The .284 is one of the ones I'm looking for. I have 2 or 3 in 250-3000, a model 1920 in 250-3000 and 4 or 5 in .300. Morse's in Hillsboro has several on the shelf. I know he has .308, .300, and at least 1 250-3000.
