The state certainly gets a lot more money in there pocket that way

I think I read somewhere that 8% of the permits go to non residents...
Crazy that 2 people from CNY both got Bull tags this year!!

Non res also have the opportunity to by many chances Per year where we get our 1 so I’m sure the odds are higher

Brand new to this forum, came from ice shanty. Last year I took a friend and his son on the cow hunt end of October Zone 4. 648lb com was down 17 minutes into the hunt. This year I'm taking a friend and his daughter 2nd week October Zone 4 bull hunt. Hopefully the hunt last a little longer
