Nope---you have to cook them as soon as you pick them,don't let them sit around at all...
They are Great,lots of moister in them also,you may have to drain the pan as you cook them.....
they look like Inkys and even grow side by side with inkys but are very shaggy and can get up to 10-12" tall and thin,but will turn black on the bottom and when that happenens thet go quick...pick them when there around 4" tall.......totally Excelent..
