Nope, no cutting on state land, but limbs have a tendency to break off once in awhile!!

It's funny how that happens.The limbs in way, just breaking off like they do!I have seen it with my own eye's !Crazy stuff.I haven't been out since the friday,had to get stuff done.Getting back in the tree in the morning.good luck all!
