Title: Big Game
Post by: Archery Central on Apr 06, 2011, 09:56:52 PM: Well the wife and I put in for Moose this year, so were hoping too be going after big big game this fall, anyone else putting in for once in a lifetime tags?

I got a antelope second archery tag, I applied for the 2nd drawing on a owhyee archery deer tag so we will see..... didn't get my moose tag..... grrrr... and neither did the wife.....

Last year we both tagged out with what I call "spring born calves". They were born in the spring and weighed around 300 lbs by fall when we shot them. That was/is some mighty fine eating, FOR SURE!
