My Ithaca shotgun was made in NYS and in its day it lived up to its name model  37  Deerslayer!
Then again maybe they were only as good as the NYers that shoulder them!!!

First gun I bought was a Sweet Sixteen Browning, shot a lot of ducks and grouse with her.  I didnt even know what a great gun I had, till she was stolen from me when I lived in Minneapolis,MN.  :-[   I looked at a Win. model 21 16ga about 10 years ago, wow what a sweet gun but the price tag......Mama said NO!  Would have been a Great Investment!!!

I have a Berreta single shot break action 16 that my Grandpa bought in Italy when he was in the Navy. I used to hunt with it but not anymore. Cheeks out!!! 8)

I have an old Winchester 16 gauge pump my dad bought from a pawn shop over 34 years ago. It is my favorite shotgun to bird hunt with.  The action is very smooth!!! It is now a fair weather gun and only used for upland game, partridge and rabbits!!  :D
