Title: Wool hunting jackets and pants

Any of you sportsmen and women still wear any wool pants and jackets afield ???

I still wear my Beagle Jacket and pants when applicable.

Find myself wearing it less and less though with how great Sitka gear has been to me.

when its really cold ill where my Bean wool jacket, but cant wear the pants way to hot to walk in. usually wear all my wool during ice fishing!!

Mosty wool for me, Merino wool for base layers and have pants and a pullover; have an old Cabela's wool sweater that is lined with windstopper; and my cold weather suit is from Day One when they had a good sale going, wool with Thinsulate and windstopper, cut and fit is great for archery. Plus always wear wool socks.

cabelas guide gear wool pants and jacket. quiet and comfortable

Yeah have some woolrich pants and Jac shirt I wear when I go back home to hunt.

Waiting to see how the new line that big woods bucks is making comes out I’d like to get a new wool jacket.
