12/12/12 scrape activity...

a little late, but there must have been a hot doe around for this guy to be acting this way.

i had him at 25 yards sniffing my tinks during the ML season, but i was holding out for that big 9 pointer so i didn't pull the trigger.  at that time the other antler hadn't broken off.  he'll be even nicer next season...






18 minutes later he was w/ this doe about 150 yards away...

Nice bud! I am already set for next season! Did you check the pond today? Looked good yesterday but I didnt walk on it. I am going to find trout tues. 8)

no, but i set two traps on my shiner pond.  that was REAL iffy so i didn't even bother heading to crappie kingdom!  SOON!
