My uncle was cutting a 150# 5 point Maine buck Sunday. He mentioned that when cutting the horns off and noticed this bucks top teeth were fully ground down to the gums. Assumed initially this was a 2.5 y.o. buck but have never seen that before in a deer that age. The bottoms had a lot of wear, but still present. Wondering how old this deer might be and if the weight and antler size would be lack of nutrition due to the teeth? I know that antler size can decrease in a deer past its peak age, but the weight surprises me
