A few Texas hunting pics

Thought I'd share some pics of some Texas deer my wife and I took.

Here is me with a respectable 9 pt...



And me with a textbook cull buck (6 pt.)...



My wife with her 1st buck, a 5.5 year old 8 pt....




While I'm at it, we do a WHOLE LOT of kayak fishing in saltwater down here.  My wife and I have been on a few covers and ads due to her being so photogenic.

Those are some sweet pics!!!  Hey I know you guys don't really care about weight in the South, but how much did those deer weigh?  And my girlfriend said she loves the fishing pics and she says she would be in heaven fishing on those boats.

My big 9 weighed almost 190, but the other two were probably around 160.

We kayak fish year-round down here.  It is a blast to get drug around by a huge fish.

We also fish for slot reds and trout in the shallow bays.  Kayaking is like a sickness .

Very cool pics - fish from the kayak is very impressive.  Must be a challenge to get a fish that big out of the water without ending in the water yourself.
