He looks familiar. A guy I know caught one 21" maybe 10 years ago, had to release it with a 23" size limit. So the genetics are there, and there is a lot of spawning size lakers to get the right combination of recessive genes for an albino.

A few winters ago AdkTONY on Ice Shanty caught one just like that or the same one, he released it.
