That buck was still in a bach group on camera 5 days ago. He was the middle sized one in the group. However, he was a loner on Sunday.
Quartering away shot at 25 yards. The hole you see is the exit wound. First year using NAP Killzone Max broadheads. It is always about placement but those 2-3/8 blades do a job. He ran 15 yards, started walking, went about 100 and fell over. The last 75 yards was super thick. Another successful tracking job by myself and hunting partner. We are both somewhat decent trackers but 10 times better as a team.
