 ;D   Well you guys wanted it so here it is..
I had a nice road kill rack from a few years ago, a cape I got from a friend I put tanning oil on and froze  and an old form to put them on..
I had nothing to do today so Im working on it now... ;D ;D  Pictures to come..... ;D ;D

Nice Walter!!! That stuff has always interested me. Got to get up to Bob's and stop in to see him. He'll love the sheds I've found!!

This is the oil tanned cape...


Last night I cut and screwed the antlers to the form... Than used Bondo over that..  Than used paper mache to smooth it out and make the skull cap..


Now Im sewing up some holes and getting the ears ready...

Ears turned inside out and put some dry preservative on them so the bondo will stick..

  The antlers are still attached to a small part of the skull which is where the screws go through to screw it to the form..  The form has a piece of wood in it to hold the screws..

The ears are now turned back out with the hair on the outside...Ready to fill with bondo...

Here is the ears filled with bondo and drying while I am setting the eyes and building the eye lids...
