November Grouse

 I drove over 800 miles this past weekend to shoot 5 grouse which are definitely more wary with the leaves down.  My dog was very happy to be running around again and had some nice points.

It sure was nice, felt like 1st week of Oct., not Nov.   I truly enjoy bird hunting especially with a good dog.

 Yeah ive noticed they have been alot more spooky lately. my average is really dropping lol, i just shot my first bird in a week today.
