I should have put my cam on the back porch....looks like the bears that have been messing with the garbage at Stewarts....paid me a visit.... ::) ::) Back screen door opened, garbage every where....freezer door chewed on....time for a bear bomb....Stewarts called DEC....they said nothing they could do about it....so guess we'll have to do it for them.... ::) ::)

man what is it with all the bears this year.seems like every 1 i talk to is seeing more bear sign than deer

Mild winters, good breeding seasons, not a lot of hunters shooting them if they see them, and a poor food source year...all add up to a lot more bear sightings.... ;D ;D ;D

                 Sorry guys, I didn't get him this morning, but I did see him. He came out well before sunrise. It was light enough to see but not legal hunting time, plus I never had a good shot of him, I don't want to take a misplaced shot & I've got the rest of the season ahead of me. Patience has it's rewards! ;D

           Here's what I saw or didn't see, he hung around another 5 min. then he left!

The camera makes it look lighter than it was! Sunrise was @ 7:06 I think & it was 6:40!
