wildlife pictures

feel free to post any wildlife photos that u have. ill start it off with some turkeys  near the missouri river

I took this picture over the summer in a field were I hunt. I watched this fawn with its mother from a distance and then the mother left but I didn't see the fawn leave with her so I ventured down to where it was last. It layed there for me to walk up to it, take its picture, and then walk away. the deer never moved.

I took this picture just outside of indian lake on my way home from college. it was perched up in a tree on the side of the road. note i have a $600 camera that helps  ;)

sorry the pic of the fawn is so small, i must have cropped it too much or resized it or something.

Actually I wacth it for a few days and he got up and flew just as well as the rest.

it looks like those pictures are really close, they must be tame deer, we have some in the city that u can get about 10 feet away from ;D

Those deer are from a provincial park here, and they are accustomed to vehicles so I approached them with the jeep and zoomed in as much as possible.  If I would have opened my door they would have fled.
If it can't get done outdoors, it isn't going to get done!
