One of the guys in our hunting party got a nice eight pointer the other day, but he doesn't like the liver. Its a pretty big one and my girlfriend won't help me eat it. I'm looking forward to it, but I gotta make it last.
Anyone have a pickled liver recipe to share? I've pretty much beaten the hell out of google and can't find anything at all.

Thanks for the link.
I'm a regular on both MFF and IS. So I plan on probably sticking around.

Okay, I'm just used to people making one post and disappearing. This is a great group here, not as big, but none of the bickering (well, not much ::)).

Thanks for posting this stka. I hate to waste any part of a deer, but I just don't care for venison liver. It's funny, I like every other kind of liver I've tried and I always feel guilty leaving it in the woods, so I'm gonna give this a shot with the next one I get. Thanks again.
